Allergy Testing Visit
The day of your visit:
The allergy testing will take from 2 to 2 ½ hours. Please wear something short-sleeved or sleeveless. Please do not wear any scented products (body lotion, perfumes, cologne, hair spray, etc.) to your testing visit. Please complete the following forms and bring them with you the day of the test. Please call the allergy nurse at (847) 259-2530 ext 23 if you have any questions.
